Robert Van Deren

W. Robert Van Deren is Vice President of Production for de Morgan Communities of Colorado.  His responsibilities include site development, supervision of permitting, estimating, purchasing, and construction operations. Mr. Van Deren is also a principal of the company.

Mr. Van Deren has over 15 years of construction experience with both residential and commercial projects, including ten years in mountain resort communities in Colorado. His experience includes marketing, site development, project management, production building, light commercial, high end custom residential, remodeling, and moderate priced residential.

In addition to his construction experience Mr. Van Deren brings a strong business background in other endeavors. He has extensive experience in business management, marketing, finance, operations, start ups, and business development.  He has owned or been a partner in several successful businesses including construction entities, financial management funds, service provider organizations, and food services.

Mr. Van Deren is a native of Chicago.  He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana with a focus on marketing and management.  He was one of fourteen individuals selected into an elite program with an in-depth emphasis on marketing and advertising. He completed this additional program while simultaneously obtaining his Bachelor of Science.
