Ren Martyn

Ren Martyn is Vice President of Sales and Acquisition for de Morgan Communities of Colorado and the Managing Broker for Mountain Valley Brokers, LLC.  His responsibilities include marketing, sales management and acquisitions of properties for future development.

At the young age of 7, Ren first came to Steamboat Springs and immediately knew this is where he would some day call home.

The " Yampa Valley Curse" drew him back to teach at a local boarding school after earning a B.S. in Environmental Science from Huxley College in Washington State. 

Born in Palm Beach County, Florida and having been raised around real estate and development, Ren entered the real estate business in 1996. He has since been involved in commercial real estate, property management, risk management and development. In addition to residential development, a new venture Finger Rock Preserve, a wetland mitigation bank, combines real estate practices and utilizes his environmental science degree.

Having affection for this valley, Ren enjoys showing others the uniqueness of Steamboat Springs and Routt County. His goal is to find that special property and he says with a smile, "it is not my fault if the Yampa Valley Curse infects them too".
